MultiStaff Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Order Processing Administrator to join our busy logistics team in Worcester. The role focuses on accurate order management and providing excellent customer service from receipt to delivery.

You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, liaise with transport providers, and help resolve any delivery issues. Full training will be provided, with a 6-month fixed-term contract and potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately from receipt to dispatch.
• Manage customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Respond to price and product availability queries.
• Assist customers with product identification and compatibility questions using specialist systems.
• Liaise with transport providers and couriers regarding deliveries.
• Investigate and resolve delivery queries.
• Process returns, credits, debits and refunds.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems as required.
• Provide a high standard of customer service at all times.
