Job summary

Bar Hill in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a growing team and manage the end-to-end order process from quotation to order placement, liaising with internal production and engineering teams.

The role requires experience in a customer-focused role within a technical industry and strong Excel proficiency. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45, Friday 08:00 to 12:30.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer support / sales / admin role.
• Experience working in a technical manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Working with SAP and Excel
• Respond to customer queries and providing updates
• Order processing, including updates to POs, processing reworks, repairs etc.
• Liaising with production teams to complete customer orders in time
• Raising credit/debit notes
• Updating price lists, quotes, customer details etc. on systems
• Liaising with customers on BOMs and drawings
