Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a technical manufacturing environment in Bar Hill, Cambridge. The role focuses on end-to-end order processing, liaising with production and engineering teams to meet delivery timelines.

The successful candidate will have customer-focused experience and be proficient in Excel; SAP experience is used to manage orders, price lists and customer data.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role within a technical industry.
• Experience working with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order process from quotation to order placement and liaising with internal production and engineering teams.
• Respond to customer queries and provide updates.
• Order processing, including updates POs, processing reworks, repairs etc.
• Liaise with production teams to complete customer orders in time.
• Raising credit/debit notes.
• Updating price lists, quotes, customer details etc. on systems.
• Liaising with customers on BOMs and drawings.
