• Experience in a customer support / sales / admin role.
• Experience working in a technical industry – manufacturing, engineering, pharma or similar.
• Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order process from quotation to completion.
• Respond to customer queries and provide updates.
• Process orders, updates POs, and handle reworks.
