Tenpin Falkirk in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fun, fast-paced venue. You’ll manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, host events, and help keep the centre welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and parties, with a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding service and flexibility to cover evenings and weekends. Training will be provided to get you up to speed.

Qualifications

• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and parties.
