Tenpin Ltd in Falkirk is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver outstanding service at the reception, manage bookings, and assist in events and food service. A friendly, proactive approach and guest-focused attitude are essential for a busy family entertainment centre.

You’ll interact across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and kids’ parties, contributing to a welcoming, fun atmosphere while supporting various departments and ensuring a smooth, safe experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms and children’s parties.
• Be efficient, proactive, friendly and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as a priority.
