Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fun and energetic team in Scotland. You will manage bookings, answer enquiries, host events, and serve food and drinks while ensuring the centre is clean and welcoming for guests of all ages.

You should be efficient, proactive and friendly with a confident approach to customer interactions, and flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and help host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms and children's parties.
