Job summary

Tenpin is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom. You will manage reception bookings and inquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events, and serve food and drinks while ensuring the centre remains clean and welcoming.

Work across Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms, and children's parties with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You should be proactive, friendly and focused on exceptional service.
