Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, call handling or another telephone-based role.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills.

• Strong written accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Making regular outbound calls to customers and providing clear, professional updates.
• Gathering accurate information from internal teams regarding progress and delays.
• Managing customer expectations and explaining information clearly and sensitively.
• Handling customer queries and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Identifying potential complaints or dissatisfaction and escalating these appropriately.
• Accurately recording all calls and follow-ups on internal systems.
• Building positive working relationships with operational teams and colleagues.
• Managing a busy workload while maintaining accuracy and customer service.
