Bidfood UK is recruiting a Customer Service Executive for a Nottingham-based role. You will handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer queries with a focus on accuracy and a positive customer experience.

The role is 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential for bank holiday work. You’ll work closely with depot teams to ensure smooth service delivery and improve processes for customers.
