Job Overview

Based at our Pub Support Centre in Solihull, is our Customer Contact Centre, where we speak to our Managers, Tenants and Publicans assisting them with placing orders and supporting them with all sorts of queries, allowing them to do what they do best - run fantastic pubs! We are looking for somebody who is a great communicator and has experience working within a customer service environment. Stonegate Group is the UK's largest operator of pubs, bars, and late-night venues, with well‑loved brands like Slug & Lettuce, Be At One, and Popworld. We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the team on a contract basis until June 2026.
