Qualifications

• Proven experience within a customer service, sales or customer-facing role.
• A confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience handling customer queries, complaints, returns or order-related issues.
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach with the ability to learn new systems and processes.

Responsabilités

• Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a friendly and professional service.
• Processing customer orders accurately and managing them through to delivery.
• Liaising with warehouse teams, couriers and suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
• Handling customer queries, complaints, damages and returns, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Keeping customers proactively updated throughout the order journey and supporting the wider team where required.
