Universal Business Team in Cranleigh is seeking a Customer Services Executive to own the end-to-end order journey from initial enquiry to delivery planning and post‑delivery follow-up. This office-based, 12-month maternity cover role offers a fast-paced environment and a direct link between customers, sales, and operations.

The successful candidate will manage orders, maintain records, and keep customers updated through every stage while collaborating with物流 and logistics teams.

• Check stock availability and support delivery planning.
• Book and confirm delivery dates with customers.
• Handle inbound communications across phone, email, and other channels.
• Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses.
• Follow up after delivery to confirm receipt and successful unloading.

Location: Cranleigh (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Salary: Circa 37,000 per annum
Contract: 12-month fixed term (Maternity Cover)
