A recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team in Hams Hall, Birmingham. This full-time, office-based role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Customer Service Executive — £27,000 per annum + quarterly bonus
Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm or 8:30am–4:30pm (½ hour lunch)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Office-Based
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join a small, friendly, and supportive team based at their new office in Hams Hall. We are exclusively working with this client, and the role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys a varied workload, isn’t shy of picking up the phone, and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service.
You’ll be supporting major accounts and working closely with the Customer Service Team Leader and senior leadership to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and professional responses at all times.
