Tenpin Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent customer experience across reception, events, and food & beverage operations. You will help manage bookings, host activities such as Laser Arena and Escape Room experiences, and contribute to a welcoming, well-run centre.

Applicants must be aged 16 or over; roles may include evening and weekend shifts, with some duties such as serving alcohol reserved for those 18+.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; all ages welcome.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Confident in handling enquiries and sales opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Manage reception bookings and enquiries.
• Host events and supervise activities in Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean.
• Identify sales opportunities and provide excellent customer experience.
