Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Exeter to deliver an exceptional guest experience across reception, bookings, and events. You will help guests enjoy laser arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke, and parties while promoting services and maintaining a clean, welcoming venue.

We value energetic, customer-focused individuals who can work evenings and weekends as needed and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment. No prior bowling knowledge required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Host events and entertain customers across activities.
• Serve food and drinks while maintaining a clean, welcoming centre.
• Collaborate with Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke and party hosts.
