Job summary

Hawk 3 in Bridgwater is seeking a Customer Service & Despatch Coordinator for a permanent, full-time role. You will manage customer orders from receipt to delivery and coordinate despatches to ensure on-time shipments.

Work closely with planning, production, warehouse and logistics to arrange UK and international deliveries, prepare required documentation, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent service across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing, logistics or dispatch coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Confident communicator with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Keep customers and account managers updated on progress and schedules.
• Coordinate despatches with planning, production, warehouse and logistics.
• Arrange UK and international deliveries and liaise with hauliers and freight forwarders.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, transport and export documentation.
• Support customs and export requirements, including incoterms.
