TipTopJob in Bridgwater is seeking a Customer Service and Despatch Coordinator for a busy manufacturing operation. The role combines customer service, order management, dispatch coordination and export administration to keep orders moving from order receipt to delivery.

You will coordinate with planning, production, warehouse and logistics teams, arrange UK and international deliveries, and maintain accurate shipping records.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with careful attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Confident communicator with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Update customers and account managers on progress and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate despatches with planning, production, warehouse and logistics.
• Arrange UK and international deliveries and liaise with hauliers and freight forwarders.
• Monitor shipments and handle delivery issues or delays.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, transport and export documentation.
• Support customs and export requirements, including incoterms and commodity codes.
• Obtain transport quotations and help identify cost effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, orders and dispatches.
• Support improvements to customer service, logistics and dispatch processes.
