Santander UK at Blackpool's TSB branch is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to help customers manage their money and use digital banking. You will support personal banking customers across face-to-face, phone and video channels, delivering a personalised service that builds trust.

You'll promote digital self‑service, identify suitable products, resolve queries, and work with colleagues to ensure a high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
