Job summary

Santander UK is recruiting a Customer Service Consultant for the Blackpool branch on a 12 Month FTC. You will support customers across face-to-face, telephone and video channels, helping them use digital banking services and choose suitable products.

You’ll build relationships through personalised service and proactive engagement. The role requires delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels, with a focus on collaboration within the branch team and a strong customer-first

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.
