Job summary

Santander UK plc is recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant at the Blackpool TSB branch. You will assist personal banking customers, guiding them to use digital channels while delivering a personalised, human experience to build long-term trust and loyalty.

Role focuses on helping customers feel confident with money, supporting digital adoption, and delivering consistent, high-quality service across channels. Training includes on-site work with a hybrid pattern after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across face-to-face, telephone and video channels to meet banking needs.
• Help customers build confidence using digital banking services (mobile/online).
• Understand customer needs and identify suitable products/services.
• Resolve queries with clear, practical solutions.
• Build strong, lasting relationships through personalised service and engagement.
• Encourage digital self-service adoption using in-branch tech.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality customer experience.
