Santander UK is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at the Longsight/Manchest er branch, to support personal banking customers and promote digital banking adoption. The role focuses on building trust and delivering a human, personalised service face-to-face, on the phone, and via video channels.

Based in a TSB Longsight branch, you will help customers feel confident with their finances, contributing to a seamless, customer-first experience in a fast-evolving digital banking environment.
