Job summary

Brampton Recruitment Ltd in Burntwood is recruiting a Trainee Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing team. The role offers an apprenticeship at Level 3 in Customer Service and hands-on training across sales support, order processing and customer liaison.

You will handle sales orders, respond to emails, prepare quotations, process PODs and invoices, and help continuously improve sales processes.

Qualifications

• Be willing to complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
• Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality would be ideal.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to learn.
• IT savviness required.
• Must have a driving licence or live within walking distance.
• Education level and general experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact and respond on behalf of senior stakeholders where appropriate.
• Primary point of contact for incoming customer emails and enquiries about pricing, services and complaints.
• Prepare customer quotations, including bespoke product quotes with commercial support.
• Process PODs and invoice requests within set timescales.
• Support continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures.
• Coordinate project bookings via Microsoft Teams and the CRM system.
• Chase invoices and maintain accurate records.
