Job summary

ReFood is seeking an Apprentice in Customer Service at our Doncaster site. You will support the Customer Service, Commercial and Logistics teams with a range of administrative tasks and provide excellent service to inquiries by phone, email and post.

As part of a structured apprenticeship, you will work towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification via day release, with training across customer records, reports, and supplier compliance, under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and post.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer records and databases.
• Willingness to undertake training and development activities within the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries via telephone, email and post.
• Support the Customer Service, Commercial and Logistics teams with administrative tasks.
• Assist with maintaining customer records and updating databases.
• Support management of customer accounts and CA1 documentation.
• Assist with producing customer and KPI reports and other business information.
• Support sales-related activities and supplier compliance administration.
• Undertake training to build knowledge and skills for the role.
