Apprenticeship: Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Salary: £20,000 per annum / £10.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week on a rota basis between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday

Responsibilities for an Apprentice
- Respond to incoming customer calls and emails
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring customers receive timely updates
- Act as a central point of contact for customers while enquiries are being resolved
- Support customers throughout their journey, from initial sign‑up and onboarding through to ongoing support
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
- Update CRM systems and monitor customer enquiries
- Assist with management reports and general administration
- Work closely with sales and technical support teams
- Make follow‑up calls to customers to gather feedback
- Develop an understanding of different areas of the business to provide effective customer support
- Provide additional support to colleagues during busy periods and holiday cover
- Occasionally support customer‑facing events and promotional activities
- Develop confidence in handling a variety of customer situations professionally
Apprenticeship Information
You will be enrolled on the Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:
- Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
- A minimum of 6 hours per week of off‑the‑job training
- Development of skills, knowledge and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
- Completion of a portfolio and end‑point assessment
- Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2

Once you have completed your apprenticeship, there will be the opportunity to potentially progress into a permanent role and continue developing your career within customer service.
