Join Our Client as a Customer Service Coordinator!

Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Our client, a leading supplier in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Watford!

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-time, Office based only, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer service inquiries and complaints via phone, online, and post.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Process returns, stock cleanses, and assist the sales team with order processing.
