Job Description

We are seeking a Service Coordinator for a leading HVAC company with over 40 years of experience. The company specializes in commercial chillers, boilers, air conditioning, and has expanded into FM services over the last decade.

Position Details

• Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
• Hours: 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
• Benefits: 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Fully remote working

Responsibilities

• Schedule PPM visits in London and the surrounding counties for the Engineering division
• Handle inbound client calls
• Raise and schedule service jobs
• Coordinate engineers and subcontractors for service visits

Requirements

• Experience in HVAC and FM industries
• Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Helpdesk, or similar role
• Excellent customer service skills, especially in handling inbound calls
• Proficiency in CAFM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong administrative skills including record keeping and document preparation
