This position is with a leading HVAC company that has been operating for over 40 years, specializing in commercial chillers, boilers, air conditioning, and expanding into FM services.

Position Overview

As a Service Coordinator, you will work fully remotely, scheduling PPM visits in London and the home counties, answering client calls, raising and scheduling jobs, and coordinating engineers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Experience in HVAC and FM industry
• Previous role as Service Coordinator, Helpdesk, or similar
• Excellent in handling inbound customer queries and service requests
• Proficient in CAFM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong administrative skills including filing, document preparation, and record keeping
