Arcus FM Limited is seeking a Contract Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract at our Cirencester site. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling maintenance queries and ensuring service levels across key areas are met.

You’ll record job requirements in our systems, liaise with internal departments and external contractors, and support the Account Manager to deliver the TRIOS contract. A 4% bonus and strong benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer services or call centre environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems.
• Strong organisational ability and data processing speed.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails regarding maintenance queries.
• Record job requirements accurately in in-house systems and portals.
• Take ownership of customer queries to enable first contact resolution where possible.
• Liaise with internal teams and external contractors for updates and ETAs.
• Monitor KPI performance and support management to meet client objectives.
• Assist with general administrative duties in the Support Centre.
