A leading health insurance provider in Brighton is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to support customer enquiries through calls. You will require excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse customer needs with empathy and resilience. The hybrid role offers progression opportunities and a supportive work environment focused on team diversity and customer care.
Starting salary of £25,000 increasing to £25,500 after 6 months
Full time, permanent role - 35 hours per week
Shifts between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (shift rotation working 7 hrs per day)
Hybrid
Brighton- Minimum of 1 day per week in the office
Start date 5th January 2026

As a Customer Service Consultant for Bupa Global you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. People call for a variety of reasons from sprained ankles to life threatening Illnesses and you’ll need to treat each call with the same level of care and compassion as the last. It can be challenging at times. Day to day you’ll authorise or decline treatment in line with policy coverage and it takes a special mix of empathy and resilience to succeed but it’s also incredibly rewarding, helping people at a time when need when they need it most.
