Ritz Recruitment Ltd in Manchester (M14) is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to provide front-of-house support, handle resident enquiries, and assist with administration in a vibrant student accommodation community.

The role combines customer service, administration, sales, marketing, and operations. It is a temporary 3-month contract with an immediate start, offering £13.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and professional front-of-house service.

• Manage maintenance requests and ensure issues are appropriately logged and tracked.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident communications, notices, and general administration.
• Support move-in and move-out periods, helping ensure a smooth resident journey.
• Support sales and leasing activities to maximise occupancy levels.
• Assist with local marketing activities and community engagement initiatives.
• Support rent collection processes and follow up on outstanding arrears.
