Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for our store in the United Kingdom. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, focusing on delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and maintaining store appearance.

You will support customers across areas including tills, replenishment and seasonal events, while following safety procedures and company policies to ensure a welcoming and secure shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with enquiries with passion and pride
• Process payments and handle tills accurately
• Stock shelves and keep store appearance tidy and organized
• Support training and feedback to improve in-store service
• Participate in community and charity events and promote inclusive store culture
• Follow safety policies and security procedures during shifts
• Clock in/out accurately and ensure correct pay for hours worked
• Assist with post office operations if applicable and pass background checks if required
