One Stop Stores Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, Tesco’s subsidiary. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You will be at the heart of our customer experience, continuously seeking ways to improve service through on-the-job coaching and feedback, ensuring the store remains a safe place to work and shop for everyone.

Qualifikationen

• Strong customer service focus and ability to engage with customers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with cash handling and processing payments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Know my customers and serve them with passion and pride.
• Encourage customer feedback through surveys and conversations.
• Work across store areas including online, tills, replenishment, and stock routines to meet customer needs.
• Apply training to ensure safe working practices and procedures.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Be knowledgeable about store performance and communicate how we contribute to profit.
• Follow company policies and uphold a welcoming environment for all customers and colleagues.
• Clock in/out to ensure accurate pay for hours worked.
• Follow security procedures and wear safety equipment when available.
• Adhere to Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
