Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast paced retail team. You will serve customers with passion, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain the store appearance.

You’ll work across tills and stock routines, encourage feedback, clock in/out accurately, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment within the Tesco group network.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service across a busy store.
• Ability to process payments accurately at the till.
• Experience stocking shelves and maintaining store appearance.
• Familiar with shop safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride.
• Encourage feedback by guiding customers to the feedback survey.
• Work across tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines.
• Follow training to ensure safe, correct operations.
• Support seasonal and community events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Follow store policies and ensure accurate clock in/out for pay.
