We are recruiting a Customer Service Assistant on a part-time and temporary (12-month contract) basis, working 30 hours per week including alternate weekends.
The role of Customer Service Assistant: you will be the first and last point of contact during our customers visit to the store. We take pride in delivering high standards and achieve this by processing sales, returns, and enquiries through the tills with a friendly, caring and timely approach; helping customers with any query, contacting colleagues to help with product care tips and availability, lifts to the car, escalating complaints etc.
