As a Customer Service Assistant (CSA), you will support your store in delivering high standards of customer service, availability, presentation, compliance, and engagement with your local community.

You will work as part of a diverse and motivated team that aims to attract and delight both new and existing customers, supporting the ongoing growth and evolution of our business.

Normal working pattern for this role:
