Job summary

Wickes is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support in-store operations, focusing on shelf replenishment, processing customer deliveries and assisting shoppers on the shop floor. Occasional till support may be required, and teamwork is essential to maintain a smooth shopping experience.

The Role...

Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile. Of course, while you’re creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we’ll be thinking of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to focus primarily on shelf filling, picking customer deliveries, and helping customers on the shop floor, with occasional support on the till as needed.

Shift Pattern: Monday (09:00–18:00), Tuesday (11:15–20:15), Thursday (06:45–15:45), and Saturday (06:45–15:45).

About you...

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
