Job summary

Wickes is seeking two colleagues to join our store team on a fixed term, part-time basis, 18 hours per week. The roles include rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) or a weekend plus late shift 2pm–8pm.

You’ll provide excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked, assist with deliveries, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including a monthly gain share bonus, pension contributions, generous annual leave, and employee discounts. Training and development are available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Experience in a similar retail role is desirable.
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours.

The Role...

Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile.Of course, while you're creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we'll be thinking of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. You'll receive all the training, support and opportunities you need. Think of it as a down-to-earth place to work, where you get to go up in the world.

We are looking for 2 colleagues that can either work Saturday and Sunday shifts, alternatively, one shift at the weekend and a late shift in the week 2pm - 8pm.

About you...

Every day you'll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it's important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
