Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Corby is seeking a confident Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, supportive team on a temporary basis with potential for permanency after 12 weeks. Immediate start for the right candidate in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle high volumes of inbound calls, build rapport with customers, and resolve inquiries with empathy while updating CRM records and contributing to team targets. Full induction and ongoing coaching offered.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in contact centre, retail, hospitality or office-based roles.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (assessment during recruitment).
• Self-motivated, resilient and a genuine team player.

Responsibilities
