The assignment is temporary to permanent for the right candidates. As a first point of contact, you will handle inbound calls and emails, assist with delivery and account queries, and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is essential, ideally office-based or call-centre.
• An excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
• Confidence using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
