Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a customer service professional in Milton Keynes to support parcel collections and deliveries. You will work with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and resolve delivery problems, while promoting company products and services.

The role requires a fast-paced, customer-focused mindset with strong communication and administration skills. Mon-Fri plus occasional Saturdays, with benefits and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication with a confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times; willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with initiative to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries regarding delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Carry out investigations for missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Promote DPD products and services to new and existing customers.
