Paxton Personnel Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Inverness. The role combines customer service, administration and operational support to help the depot operate efficiently.

The successful candidate will be organized, reliable and able to communicate with customers and colleagues. Prior logistics or operations experience is advantageous, with a commitment to high service standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Depot Manager with day-to-day administration and operational paperwork
• Assisting with delivery routing, manifests and stock reconciliation
• Liaising with the transport team regarding drivers’ hours and vehicle repairs
• Preparing daily operational reports and maintaining drivers’ timesheets
• Contacting customers with order updates and following up on queries
• Providing a professional and helpful customer service experience
• Supporting sales and wider operations functions as needed
• Ensuring records and documentation are accurate and up to date
• Helping maintain high standards of efficiency, organisation and service
