A well-established recruitment agency in Tamworth is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support customers through incoming calls, booking appointments, and handling complaints. This temporary role offers flexible full-time and part-time options, with a focus on effective communication and IT skills in a busy call centre environment. The position may extend beyond the initial 12 weeks based on performance, offering a chance for long-term employment and experience in customer support.
Our well-established client based in the Tamworth area are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
There are full time and part time hours available as follows :
PART TIME - Monday to Friday 20 hours per week 8am - 12pm OR 2pm -_EXTRA info anticipating extra 6pm
FULL TIME - Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern on 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm
This position is temporary for 12 weeks, with the potential for it to be extended.
