Resource Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in Poole, a leading decorative homeware manufacturer. The role involves handling enquiries, processing orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and up-to-date customer information.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Cheerful, helpful and positive approach.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Passion to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service by telephone and email.
• Respond to enquiries regarding stock, pricing, lead times and orders.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
• Keep customers updated on their orders.
• Carry out general administration, including spreadsheets and filing.
