Responsibilities

• Speak with customers over the phone and via email
• Respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Help prepare customer quotations and associated documentation
• Process and coordinate customer orders
• Track customer requests and follow up outstanding enquiries
• Keep customers updated on their orders and requests
• Maintain accurate customer information and internal records
