DPD is seeking a customer service-focused role in Southall to support both internal and external customers with parcel collection and delivery. You will collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, take ownership and resolve queries efficiently.

Ideal candidates have fast-paced customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to use MS Office. There are progression opportunities within a supportive, inclusive, and ever-evolving

Mansioni

• Assist customers with collection or delivery of parcels.
• Work with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and resolve them.
• Answer queries on delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Carry out investigations for missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Promote company products and services to new and existing customers.
