Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver a best-in-class service to customers by phone, email and website requests. You will manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey and building relationships with regular customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Ability to upsell and understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and website requests.
• Manage an order from initial enquiry to post-hire feedback, owning the customer journey.
• Build relationships with regular customers and identify upselling opportunities.
• Provide best-in-class service and use product knowledge to assist customers.
