Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK in Dundee is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver a best-in-class service by phone, email and website requests. You will own the customer journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback and actively look for upselling opportunities while building strong relationships with regular customers.

We welcome candidates with proven customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a busy, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably handling inbound order/sales enquiries and completing transactions.
• Exceptional communication skills including negotiating and influencing.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Comfortable using own judgment and initiative to make decisions in line with company policies.
• Proficient IT skills with MS Office and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class service to customers via telephone, email and website requests.
• Manage orders from enquiry through to post-hire feedback, owning the customer journey.
• Upsell opportunities when appropriate to maximise value for customers and the business.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular customers.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and service levels.
