Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver best-in-class service, build strong relationships with customers, and maximise upselling opportunities across calls, emails, and website requests.

You will own the customer journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback in a fast-paced, operational environment, contributing to ongoing service improvements and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, handling enquiries and transactions.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with customers.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound order/sales enquiries and convert them into transactions.
• Deliver best-in-class service via phone, email, and website requests.
• Manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback, owning the customer journey.
• Upsell opportunities while providing product knowledge and solutions.
