Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role; handling enquiries and transactions to satisfy customers.
• Experience in hire or construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience developing and using product knowledge to support customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class service and maximise upselling using product knowledge.
• Respond to customers by telephone, email and website requests; manage the customer journey.
• Manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback and build relationships with regular customers.
• Work in a fast-paced, operational environment and think on your feet to deliver excellent service.
